In order to accommodate not only multi-variety and small-lot production but also mass production, we have automated all manufacturing equipment with computers, and our greatest strengths lie in high quality and short delivery times achieved through our unique processing technology that utilizes our proprietary state-of-the-art equipment and database. We will continue to develop and introduce new equipment, always aiming to improve processing technology and processing quality!
Business Activities
We specialize in deep hole processing, fine hole processing, and precision processing, such as gun drilling and BTA processing, and we can accommodate all types of machining with just a single drawing through our network of partner companies. We also handle various materials for processing, including iron, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. In addition to gun drilling and BTA processing, we actively utilize external processing such as turning, milling, hardening, plating, and polishing to meet all needs, enabling a consistent production process from material procurement to processing.
