Free membership registrationIn this document, we introduce examples of products made with rubber integral molding and examples of products made with rigid integral molding. Our company has traditionally manufactured various integral molded products using soft rubber, but this time we tried using rigid materials. By using rigid materials, it can be utilized for prototype evaluation before blow molding. [Featured Product Examples] ■ Rubber Integral Molding ■ Rigid Integral Molding *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"Vacuum casting" is a method that uses silicone molds instead of metal molds to produce replicas that faithfully reproduce the master model. The work is conducted in a vacuum state to ensure that the injected resin reaches every corner without bubbles. This document includes the work procedures for "vacuum casting" and experiments/results comparing "vacuum casting" and "atmospheric casting." [Contents] ■ What is vacuum casting ■ Why work in a vacuum ■ Experiment: Vacuum vs. Atmospheric ■ Results *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWhen conducting "mold structure verification," "shape and function verification," and "material property verification" for parts used in automobiles, robots, and airplanes, accurate evaluation can be achieved by prototyping with plastic materials that closely resemble the real thing. 【Do you have these concerns?】 ■ When performing mold structure verification and shape/function verification using modeling or 3D printing, it can reproduce undercuts and other shapes that are not feasible in the mold structure... ■ There are many substitute materials, which are not suitable for functional evaluation that requires strength... ■ Material property verification can only be evaluated using materials that will actually be used in mass production... and so on. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us directly.

Free membership registrationThe "Vacuum Casting Method" by Sansei Workshop can faithfully produce replicas of industrial parts, functional components, and medical parts, including those made from soft rubber materials like polyurethane rubber (transparent resin), as well as industrial robots. Even if the old machine parts are no longer manufactured, we can create the same items if we have a master product. Additionally, by producing in a vacuum, we can avoid air bubbles and reproduce fine details. 【Do you have any of these concerns?】 - You have ideas you want to create but haven't been able to execute them. - You don't know any manufacturers that can produce even one piece. - You're worried about the cost. - You want to meet the delivery deadline for the prototype parts you've ordered. If you have such concerns, this campaign might be able to solve them! Please take this opportunity to apply! *If you would like to request sample production, please apply online at the URL below, or download the PDF materials, fill in the necessary information, and return it by fax.

Free membership registrationThe "Vacuum Injection Molding Method" involves creating a master model from easily machinable hard materials, such as those made with a 3D printer, then reversing it into silicone, pouring in urethane rubber, and molding it. This allows for the creation of complex master models without directly machining the rubber, so all that remains is to replicate it with a soft material. ★ We are currently accepting customer inquiries for "Can we do this?" We will solve it with our processing technology! ★ ▶ Please apply through the online application at the URL below, or download the PDF materials, fill in the necessary information, and return it via fax or email. 【Features of the Vacuum Injection Molding Method】 ■ Supports small lot sizes and short delivery times ■ Capable of reproducing complex shapes ■ Hardness can be selected from 20 to 90 degrees ■ Offers a wide variety of color options * For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

Free membership registrationI believe that cutting processes will not yield accurate dimensions and shapes for items made of soft materials like rubber that have somewhat complex shapes. We must create the molding die while harboring these concerns. The "vacuum casting method" involves creating a master model from hard materials that are easy to machine, such as those made with a 3D printer, then inverting it in silicone, pouring in urethane rubber, and forming it. This allows for the creation of complex master models without directly machining the rubber, so all that remains is to replicate it with a soft material. Free membership registrationWhen attempting to mass-produce "soft products" like rubber and elastomer products, there is always a sense of unease because one has no choice but to create the final mold immediately, even for complex shapes. With our "vacuum casting method," urethane rubber casting is possible. There are a wide range of hardness options from 20 to 90 degrees, and coloring of the material is also flexible. By accommodating prototype rubber products, we can mitigate risks during mass production! ★ Urethane casting using the vacuum casting method can handle complex shapes at low cost and with short lead times, even for just one piece. 【Features of Vacuum Casting】 - Supports small lots and achieves short lead times - Capable of reproducing complex shapes - Abundant options for hardness and color selection We are currently offering hardness samples to the first five companies that apply! Please take the opportunity to try out our sample products made using the vacuum casting method! *If you would like a sample, please feel free to contact us using the information below.

Free membership registrationFor rubber prototypes, the vacuum casting method is the best. If you want to produce a few pieces to evaluate their shape and function (mainly hardness), what manufacturing method would you use? Generally, methods like additive manufacturing or machining are considered, but while additive manufacturing can achieve the desired shape, it limits hardness. On the other hand, machining does not have hardness limitations, but because the material is soft, it cannot reproduce complex shapes. I believe you have experienced the frustration of having to compromise on one aspect to achieve another. In such cases, the method we recommend is vacuum casting. The master model is inverted into silicone, and a rubber-based resin is injected. Since the shape of the master model can be perfectly inverted into the silicone, it allows for the production of flawless replicas. Additionally, because both the mold and the product are soft, minor undercuts can be managed without the need for additional components.

Free membership registrationIn the design and manufacturing of prototype parts, the optimal processing method varies depending on factors such as their intended use and quantity. In the event that an inappropriate processing method is chosen, it can lead to insufficient strength or unnecessary costs, resulting in avoidable expenses and risks. Therefore, selecting the correct processing method is essential. In light of this, Sansei Workshop has focused on "plastic cutting processing" and "vacuum casting," and has created a comprehensive manual filled with technical information that thoroughly explains the basic knowledge of these processing methods, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. This booklet, condensed with the know-how of Sansei Workshop, which has accumulated numerous achievements in the design and manufacturing of prototype parts, is now available for free to all engineers! ★ You can download and view two volumes: "Plastic Cutting Processing Edition" and "Vacuum Casting Edition" from the link below.

Free membership registrationWhen there are old parts without data, and although there are molds, there is no data, if the actual item is available, we can create data based on it. I think this is an effective method in cases where old parts are suddenly needed. Additionally, by scanning freehand-created objects, we can preserve them as data. As long as the data is retained, it becomes possible to replicate the same product through modeling or machining when necessary.
