• Power Supplies

At Yanagisawa Technical Research Institute, we offer a test machining contract service for our ultra-precision processing technology, "ELID Grinding." Since it differs from the grinding machines owned by our customers, the content will be somewhat limited, but we will conduct test machining using the customer's workpieces. The deliverables will include the workpieces after grinding and a test result report (with measurement data). • Processing Contract

"ELID (Elid) grinding" is a unique ultra-precision machining technology developed at the RIKEN Institute in Japan. Grinding is performed while continuously or at regular intervals conducting dressing operations to obtain protruding abrasive grains by electrolyzing the surface of the conductive bonded grinding wheel. To achieve mirror finishing at the nano level (with a surface roughness of Ra in the single digits) solely through grinding with fixed abrasive grains, it eliminates the need for manual polishing processes or reduces the polishing workload. Our company has received the transfer of all business operations from RIKEN Venture's next-generation processing system corporation.
