Thanks to high vacuum (below 25Pa), air pockets are resolved, and high-pressure air (0.5MPa) allows for the molding of films that are difficult to stretch. Additionally, a radiation thermometer is installed on the lower heater, enabling temperature measurement of the film's underside. • Vacuum forming machine

"Neo-TOM molding" is a method that has evolved the TOM process for decorating ultra-large products (such as automobile bodies). A major feature is that while conventional jigs were solid, this method utilizes gas, allowing for the coating of surface materials on substrates with complex shapes that have cavities, without deformation or damage.
