Our company has established a manufacturing system capable of handling a wide range of processes, including the processing of insulating materials, plastic molding, machining of metals, resins, and CFRP, as well as winding, assembly of industrial equipment such as transformers and medical devices, and winding machines. ■ One-Stop Manufacturing System We respond to customer needs at every phase, from design and parts processing to assembly and completion. Additionally, by leveraging our unique manufacturing network accumulated to date, we can consolidate and supply processes that cannot be handled in-house, thereby reducing the burden on purchasing personnel. In other words, if we receive a single drawing, we will take full responsibility for all aspects, including in-house and outsourced work, until the product is completed. We refer to this as our "One-Stop Manufacturing System." ■ VE Activities Our company is committed to nurturing VE leaders certified by the Value Engineering Association. Utilizing the know-how gained from manufacturing transformers and medical devices, our VE leaders will propose a wide range of improvements in materials, workability, and more throughout the development, design, prototyping, and mass production processes aimed at cost reduction and enhancement of functionality and quality.
Business Activities
Broad Manufacturing System ■ Achievements as a Medical Device Manufacturer The medical device division has built a track record primarily around general radiography X-ray equipment for medical use. While launching our own brand of medical devices in the market, we also serve as an OEM and ODM manufacturer, entrusted with design and manufacturing by major domestic and international medical device companies. Given the nature of our work involving X-rays that affect the human body, we have numerous personnel with various specialized qualifications within the company. Utilizing the know-how gained from the deployment of our own products, we continue to expand our domain into areas such as industrial X-ray equipment. ■ One of Japan's Leading Transformer Production Systems Our Niigata facility boasts one of the highest production capacities in Japan as a mass production factory for transformers. We produce approximately 2,000 oil-filled transformers per month for those under 500 kVA. In addition to coils for oil-filled transformers, we also manufacture coils for molded transformers and dry-type transformers, up to 3,000 kVA. Furthermore, we produce coils for pole transformers used by power companies, establishing a solid reputation as a transformer manufacturer. We offer a one-stop service, capable of handling everything from processing insulating materials to the production of insulators, coil winding, and the assembly of transformers and cubicles.
