Since the start of switch production in 1968, we have become the world's largest production factory for power switches and AV remote controls. We have also been involved in the production of video heads, DVD optical pickups, floppy disks, LCDs, organic ELs, game consoles, health equipment, and medical devices, with a focus on automotive products since 1985. We have gained experience in producing a wide range of products and have a proven track record in the design and manufacturing of molds associated with these products. Additionally, by obtaining international standards such as ISO and IATF, we have improved cost efficiency and production systems. We respond to customer needs through the functional collaboration of our group.

We specialize in precision press processing of thin sheet materials, primarily for automotive electrical components, and we respond to diverse customer needs, such as thick plate press components for high current applications in EVs. We are committed to improving quality through the acquisition of international standards such as ISO and IATF, as well as striving for cost improvements through continuous improvement activities.

We provide a consistent process from mold design and manufacturing to parts processing and painting. Since automotive products are mounted on the front panel, we meet our customers' strict quality demands for appearance.

Class 1000 has a clean room of 480 square meters, capable of supporting COG and FOG mounting, as well as the application of polarizers and films for smartphones, tablets, and PCs, assembly of LCD module products, and the regeneration of joining components.

We mainly conduct design using 3D CAD and verification through flow analysis for automotive electrical equipment molds, and we manufacture molds that support high precision, high-speed fine processing, and high hardness. By ensuring mold accuracy through three-dimensional measurement and shortening the mold production schedule, we respond to our customers' needs.
