Hokko Co., Ltd. is a company located in the northern part of Miyagi Prefecture, engaged in the integrated production of a wide range of products from mold design and manufacturing to parts processing and unit products. Our product offerings include plastic molding and decoration (painting and engraving), insert molding, precision press processing, and our technical capabilities encompass mold design and manufacturing, general molding, two-color molding, automated painting, laser engraving, precision press processing of thin sheets, insert molding, double molding, hoop insert, potting processing, as well as SMT assembly and assembly and inspection of high-frequency products. We also have a Class 1000 clean room of 480 square meters, which allows us to perform COG assembly and organic EL processing. Through automated control technology, we enable a consistent production process that includes robotization of production lines and the design and manufacturing of necessary equipment, catering to both domestic and international customers. Additionally, we are actively engaged in research and development through industry-academia-government collaboration projects. Even in the current era of globalization, our company is committed to local production, nurturing local talent, and in our CSR activities, we are working on CO2 reduction initiatives such as local cleaning activities and the introduction of solar power generation systems in our factories.
