Sanmina, a world-class EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) provider, acquired and integrated ZT Systems from AMD in 2025. This vertical integration enhances our design, manufacturing, and implementation capabilities for AI data centers aimed at the world's leading hyperscalers, allowing us to demonstrate overwhelming strengths in the latest AI server domain. Sanmina boasts a wealth of experience across diverse fields such as telecommunications, industrial machinery, medical devices, automotive, and aerospace, and offers comprehensive services from low-volume, high-mix production to "design, component procurement, mass production, and repair." We also manufacture critical components in-house, including circuit boards, cables, enclosures, and optical modules. With manufacturing facilities in 60 locations across 25 countries, we support our customers' local production needs and contribute to cost reduction and profit enhancement through investment control and the conversion of fixed costs to variable costs.
