The "APOGEE" spin coater manufactured by Brewer Science, Inc. in the United States is a product with high precision, featuring a rotational accuracy reproducibility and rotational error of less than 0.2 rpm. It employs a unique data stream technology that allows for real-time feedback of measurement information. The step time can be set in 0.1-second increments, and there is no limit to the number of recipes that can be created.
