This is a model that combines the conventional Kemco slurry filling machine model 124A with the new automatic pressure programmer PP-21. Column filling has been manually controlled for pressure, but due to individual differences, consistent quality has not always been achieved. The Kemco Plus automatic pressure slurry filling machine model 124APP solves all these issues and enables stable quality column filling without individual differences.

IAM stands for Immobilized Artificial Membrane, which was developed for the separation and purification of membrane proteins. It is a filler that forms an immobilized artificial membrane similar to natural cell membranes and can also be used to predict the permeation of drugs in biological membranes, such as skin.

This is a forced air circulation column oven that can accommodate sizes up to 30cm in length, 1/4″, and 1″. The heater box and controller are separated, allowing for flexible vertical and horizontal placement without taking up much space. It is compact, lightweight, and low-cost, making it easy to move and install, unlike water bath circulation types. Reaction coils and other items can also be easily stored for pre- or post-reaction use. A digital panel is used for temperature display, allowing for easy monitoring from a distance.

All vials are made from first-class hydrolytic class borosilicate glass unless otherwise specified. All materials used in the production of caps and septa undergo material inspection and analysis testing. Certificates of conformity can be issued for all glass products and caps upon request.

This micro-injector features new innovations in the rotor section, allowing for the precise injection of extremely small samples of approximately 20 nL. This enables direct sample injection even with columns of 0.1 mm inner diameter, without the need for concentration columns or valves. Since the column can be directly connected, the dead volume is extremely small, minimizing sample diffusion. It has excellent features such as the ability to accurately introduce known quantities of samples into the system and its usefulness in flow injection analysis. By combining it with our electric field-filled capillary columns (ChemcoPak-e series columns: Patent No. 322401), a high-performance capillary liquid chromatography system can be constructed.

This is a newly developed chiral column coated with amylose or cellulose containing chiral selectors on high-performance silica gel Kromasil. It has high separation capability and selectivity, making it suitable for use at high pressures of up to 400 bar.

The Chemco Hybrid column, made from an organic silica hybrid substrate, excels in acid and alkali resistance, making it suitable for use across a wide pH range. It is also effective for the analysis and purification of peptides and proteins under gradient conditions using water/acetonitrile containing trifluoroacetic acid (TFA). Additionally, it demonstrates excellent durability against volatile salts (such as ammonium formate) used in LC-MS.

NUCLEODUR is a newly developed ultra-high purity silica gel that serves as a perfect spherical packing material with excellent mechanical strength and particle size distribution, and it is an ultra-high purity silica gel with an extremely low content of metal impurities. By using a specially modified silica gel with very few metal impurities, the "NUCLEODUR C18 GRAVITY column," which has a high density of ODS bonded, demonstrates high chemical stability and can utilize mobile phases with a pH range of 1-11.
