The "EO Cut" is an exhaust gas treatment device designed to implement proper ethylene oxide gas sterilization. The ethylene oxide (ethylene oxide) gas emitted from the ethylene oxide gas sterilization device is introduced into a heat exchanger along with a large amount of air by a blower, where it is preheated and then further heated to the specified temperature in a reactor using an electric heater.
