"Capox" is a gas sterilization device that utilizes the sterilizing and insecticidal properties of ethylene oxide. It is highly permeable and diffusible, allowing for sterilization even while packaged and at room temperature. The ethylene oxide sterilization method is suitable for cases where weak substances are strictly prohibited against normal heat and temperature. The "EO Cut" is an exhaust gas treatment device designed to implement proper ethylene oxide gas sterilization. The ethylene oxide (ethylene oxide) gas emitted from the ethylene oxide gas sterilization device is introduced into a heat exchanger along with a large amount of air by a blower, where it is preheated and then further heated to the specified temperature in a reactor using an electric heater.
