Our "EOG Sterilization Contract Service" can process items at temperatures between 40 and 60°C, resulting in minimal material degradation or deformation for heat-sensitive products. Gas can effectively permeate even complex structures, allowing for efficient sterilization. Additionally, we can accommodate products that are difficult to sterilize using autoclaves or radiation. Furthermore, since the sterilization process is batch-based, cost benefits can be expected depending on the volume of sterilization. 【Features】 ■ We have sterilization centers in East Japan (Saitama) and West Japan (Kobe), capable of responding to BCP measures. ■ Both the East and West sterilization centers have obtained ISO 13485 certification and are registered with the FDA. ■ The East Japan sterilization center is equipped with six sterilization units of 12.5m3, as well as preconditioning and aeration equipment. ■ The West Japan sterilization center has one sterilization unit of 12.5m3 and three sterilization units of 9.5m3, along with preconditioning and aeration equipment. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
