【Magnetic Decorative Panel】 "I want to create a display stand that doesn't feel factory-like!" From this client's request, we designed a concept that intentionally hides the Maxima pillars. By attaching magnets to the decorative panel and Maxima, we modified it to an original specification. By concealing the pillars that would normally be visible from the front, we achieved "a more stylish appearance." Additionally, the use of magnets makes it easy to attach and detach the decorative panel. 【Maxima】 It combines simplicity with outstanding strength and flexibility. With a sophisticated design that matches any space, it allows for the flexible installation of various elements such as panels, shelves, and lighting. Particularly this time, due to the client's request for monitor installation, instead of ordering a monitor stand, we designed the Maxima to serve as a monitor installation stand and carried out the installation. Every year, companies that exhibit 3 to 4 times purchase booth materials. This is because they handle everything from delivery to construction and dismantling themselves for each exhibition. They thought that if they are paying several hundred thousand yen to a construction company for each exhibition, it would be more cost-effective to own the materials and have their employees assemble them, thus reducing the construction costs for subsequent exhibitions. Of course, there is the hassle of delivery, assembly, and dismantling, but if a company has space to store the materials, owns a vehicle for delivery, and has employees who can handle assembly and dismantling, it is certainly feasible. Due to the increase in such inquiries and purchases, we have decided to feature this as a model case.

Octalux is an internal illumination system component designed for exhibitions, events, and retail spaces. It incorporates LEDs into columns and beams, combining an attractive glow with the stability of an aluminum system. With a single remote control, the system can shine in warm white, white, and 16.8 million RGB color variations. The internal illumination section has two sides and includes system grooves, allowing for various designs by combining with other Octanorm systems such as Octalumina and Maxima Light Systems. LED tape is installed inside the frame, enabling use as internal illumination on one or two sides. The illuminated surfaces are covered with a plastic cover, and due to a special surface structure, the light is diffused, providing uniform illumination over several meters. By using tension locks, it can be connected seamlessly, creating smooth and beautiful internal illumination frame lines. Additionally, it features high brightness, long lifespan, and ensures uniform illumination without visible light points.

I assisted in the installation of a solo exhibition at an international conference using 40mm square Maxima. Typically, when constructing tall structures or reducing the number of columns, thicker Maxima such as 80mm or 120mm square are used. However, this time, we built a structure with a height of 4 meters and beams extending up to 3.5 meters using 40mm square to meet the client's request. We adopted slender columns, and considering transportation and installation, the columns and beams were designed to be extendable and detachable. Since the tension of the fishing line and the weight of the exhibited items would be applied to the beams, we pushed the limits of strength. We planned to complete the transportation and installation of the exhibits in one day, and we were able to assemble and display everything successfully as scheduled, which seemed to satisfy the artist who placed the order. The "fabric frame" has been used on the ceiling of the event hall. The idea is to cover the ceiling of the art museum built in the park with white fabric and make it backlit, effectively turning the entire ceiling into a lighting fixture. The frame used is M1901 (for 120mm double-sided). The walls of the hall had irregular R-shaped sections, and those parts were bent to match the curvature of the walls. We would like to introduce a case where we installed insulated wall panels based on a request from K Company for partitioning. For the aluminum frame for the insulated wall panels, we used M1305, which can accommodate two panels on one side. By sandwiching Styrofoam insulation between two 4mm thick system plywood panels, we effectively block heat. The thermal conductivity of Styrofoam is extremely low at 0.022, and it does not absorb condensation or water droplets, thus preventing the growth of mold. The entire process from delivery to completion took a total of four days, and the ceiling work was completed as planned. We created partitions that fit perfectly in the new office space, opting for ceiling-mounted screws instead of base plates on the floor, and used adjusters and cushion rubber to maintain tension in areas where screws could not be applied.
