The "View Checker" quickly achieves high-precision inspections at 0.02mm units with high-speed image processing. Up to four CCD cameras can be connected, performing ultra-fast processing at 1/60 seconds per camera. It has the capability to measure 128 points and extract 256 features 15 times per second using four cameras.
