At Kaneko Co., Ltd., we have developed and implemented a "General Image Processing Sorting Machine" that complies with international standards such as TS16949/ISO9001, responding to the advancement and complexity of parts processing with a precise inspection system. The "View Checker" quickly achieves high-precision inspections at 0.02mm units with high-speed image processing. Up to four CCD cameras can be connected, performing ultra-fast processing at 1/60 seconds per camera. It has the capability to measure 128 points and extract 256 features 15 times per second using four cameras.
