The "1037" is a widely used splitter for sample preparation of various powders and granules. The sample fed from the hopper strikes a rotating splitting pan with openings, and the sample that passes through the openings is considered the split sample. By cutting the entire amount against the flow of the sample, it is possible to obtain a highly representative split sample. The splitting method is determined by the number of openings on the two overlapping splitting pans, which are shifted relative to each other, and the change in the splitting ratio can be easily adjusted by shifting the two overlapping pans. This machine is used for the analysis of components such as ores, minerals, and coal, and is equipped with screens (63μm–300μm–2mm) around the periphery of the grinding chamber. The ground samples are discharged externally as unground material beneath the screen (manually operated). The grinding method efficiently discharges samples through vibration caused by circular motion. The high sample recovery rate of the hybrid mill is due to the impact vibrations from the impact plate and rotor stone, which propagate within the pot and chute, shaking off powder adhesion, resulting in nearly 100% recovery.
