We would like to introduce the "Fully Automatic T-Dies with Motor & Heat Bolt," developed in collaboration with Japan Steel Works, Ltd. It enables uniform displacement of the lips through simultaneous driving of all motors. During the startup of the device, all lips can be opened simultaneously to facilitate the early discharge of degraded material (burr), and it is possible to instantly restore to the previous production state of lip opening. Introducing "Robodai," handled by Axmolding Co., Ltd. The motor moves the bolt for rough adjustment of film thickness in about one minute. From there, precise adjustments are made with a heat bolt. It is effective when you want to obtain small quantity samples as the cost of resin increases. The extrusion amount can reach 500g/h. It is effective for medical tubes that are strict about residence burning, narrow films, and small pelletizing.

Until now, research feed blocks had to be suspended using structures like gantries, but this compact feed block can achieve two-type three-layer molding simply by attaching it to the extruder adapter. It is easy to disassemble and install, and switching between two-type three-layer, two-type two-layer, and single-layer can be done just by replacing the diverter valve.

The feed block is a mold where each layer converges just before the T-die, but the ratio of each layer can only be adjusted offline during resin cleaning or assembly. However, this feed block allows for adjustable ratios even during operation. Layer ratio: 1:10:1 to 10:1:10, depending on extrusion conditions. Multi-layer molds play a very important role in the film molding of high-performance plastics. In particular, the feed block is more economical than the multi-manifold T-die and can accommodate various resins. Even with a viscosity difference of 10 times in the feed block, it is possible to eliminate encapsulation issues and achieve a uniform multi-layer ratio by exchanging or adjusting the shape of the merging section's vane. The shape of the vane can also be bent. Additionally, it is possible to operate a single-layer T-die with a multi-layer feed block attached.
