Even with a viscosity difference of 10 times in the feed block, it is possible to eliminate encapsulation issues and achieve a uniform multi-layer ratio by exchanging or adjusting the shape of the merging section's vane. The shape of the vane can also be bent. Additionally, it is possible to operate a single-layer T-die with a multi-layer feed block attached.
