We would like to introduce the "Fully Automatic T-Dies with Motor & Heat Bolt," developed in collaboration with Japan Steel Works, Ltd. It enables uniform displacement of the lips through simultaneous driving of all motors. During the startup of the device, all lips can be opened simultaneously to facilitate the early discharge of degraded material (burr), and it is possible to instantly restore to the previous production state of lip opening. (The motor displacement amount and heat bolt output for the production state are stored in the controller.)
