Nippon Aerosil Co., Ltd. was established in 1966 as a joint venture between Mitsubishi Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (now Mitsubishi Materials Corporation) and Degussa AG (now Evonik Industries AG), and has been manufacturing fumed silica AEROSIL(R) at its Yokkaichi plant since 1968. Our strengths lie in our unique and extensive product lineup, as well as our high efficiency in research and development and rapid commercialization that cannot be replicated by others, supported by our excellent manufacturing technology.
