A team of 16 technicians possesses high technical skills in design, utilizing 3D robot simulation software such as CATIA, FANUC, and Yaskawa, as well as 3D CAD, stress analysis simulation technology, and offline teaching technology. In manufacturing, we leverage 13 machining centers of various sizes, trial presses, and wire cutters, enabling us to produce functional components in-house, which gives us the manufacturing capability to quickly produce and deliver reliable equipment. As a robot system integrator, we support our customers in the implementation of labor-saving devices. We aim to provide rapid and stable products and to develop as an international engineering company.
Business Activities
1. Development of Various Labor-Saving Devices We are utilizing robots in areas that traditionally relied on manual labor, such as setting, palletizing, and handling, and integrating them with transport devices between processes to complete automated production systems. - Low-cost labor-saving lines - Low-cost robot system integrators - Low-cost robot simulation 2. Development of Welding Jigs for Automobiles In the welding assembly line, we are promoting full automation centered around spot welding and arc welding. By conducting 3D design, offline teaching, and FEM analysis, we ensure high quality. 3. Manufacturing and Development of Hemming Devices We have many years of experience in roll hems, tabletop hems, press hems, and rear wheel arch hems, and we have received high praise from users (automobile companies). 4. Development of General Industrial Machinery - Lithium-ion battery manufacturing equipment for the stacking process. - Thin film manufacturing equipment for accumulators and coaters. - Production of circular cutters for films. - High-speed cutting machines for commercial printing machinery. 5. Large-scale Machining and Production of Large Structures.
