The "PFC21" is a multifunctional machine that intermittently operates a star wheel on a single frame to supply containers, perform precise filling, and apply outer caps. Since all processes are carried out within the star wheel, it is extremely compact and fast. The capping section allows for a wide range of torque control (5-50 kg-cm) through in-house developed servo control. We would like to introduce our automatic pouch filling sealer, 'PFS', which we handle. It is fully automatic except for manually supplying pouch bags into the filling device. It has few changeover parts, allowing for quick changeovers, making it suitable for small-scale production.
