We handle precision sheet metal processing. For the unfolding process, we use Amada CAD and have also introduced 3D CAD SheetWorks. Blanks are optimized through nesting to reduce material waste. The NC turret punch is equipped with an automatic angle adjustment function for molds, allowing for various shapes of blanks to be processed using only general-purpose molds. The material size is 4×8, and the thickness for steel ranges from 0.8 to 4.5, but please feel free to consult us for other specifications. Laser processing is sourced from partner companies. In bending processes where mold setup is burdensome, we utilize network vendors and process data stored on servers, enabling small lot production. The ability to handle slightly complex processing is a distinguishing feature of our sheet metal services, and our staff, with over 20 years of experience, innovates to achieve this. We have equipment for special bending processes such as deep bending and R bending. For assembly, we utilize argon welding to produce products with finishes close to the bending radius and minimal distortion. We also accommodate larger and deeper workpieces with inverter-type table spot welding. We procure painting and plating services from established surface treatment companies.
