Tsuruga Spring Co., Ltd. is a spring manufacturer located in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of coil springs, as well as wire forming processing. 1) Our strength lies in our ability to respond quickly from design to prototyping. Are you facing issues such as springs breaking, deforming, or being weak? Our technical staff will respond carefully, so please feel free to consult with us. It's okay even if you don't have drawings. 2) We can accommodate a wide range of wire thicknesses from 0.1mm to 10.0mm. We stock piano wire, stainless steel wire for springs, oil-tempered wire, and phosphor bronze wire. We can also handle special spring materials that are outside JIS standards, such as Herculite and SWIC. Additionally, we can accommodate wire diameters exceeding 10mm through outsourcing. 3) We accept orders from one piece to tens of thousands of pieces.
