The "RIC" is a crusher that has a large crushing ratio, eliminating the need for fine crushing machines and granulators, allowing for a simple and cost-effective plant. Thanks to its inertial crushing and the mechanism for adjusting rotation speed and crushing force, the crushing power is extremely low and economical. It features large anti-vibration rubber and tire couplings, resulting in low crushing noise and minimal vibrations transmitted to the foundation. We would like to introduce our crusher, the 'Impact Crusher L-Type/U-Type'. The "L-Type" features a liner that is easy to replace on the wear-prone impact plate. It is designed to prevent material from accumulating and protects the heavily worn rotor ends with a protector. The "U-Type" has a simple structure with thick steel pipes welded to thick steel plates, and it employs a labyrinth-type metal seal with no contact points between the frame and the main shaft. The "Single Toggle Crusher Standard Type/N Type" is a crushing machine that performs the extremely demanding task of breaking hard and tough rocks and ores. The bearing section uses self-aligning roller bearings. The durability safety factor against load has been selected based on experience, allowing for long hours of operation. Since before the war, Rasa Industries has been engaged in actual crushing operations in the mining sector, accumulating experience and research.
