Fine bubbles and micro/nano bubbles
Our company is developing food processing technology using fine bubble (micro and nano bubble) generation technology. We are focusing on the hydration promotion and shear effects (including mixing effects) obtained when micro and nano bubbles are generated, and we are developing new food processing equipment. Additionally, we have uniquely improved the fine bubble generation unit to develop equipment with CIP and SIP functions. Examples include hydrogen beverage production equipment, seasoning liquid micro and nano bubble treatment equipment, hydrogen tofu production equipment (tofu containing hydrogen molecules), and micro and nano bubble treatment equipment for soy milk, among others.
