This is a wallpaper sheet with a whiteboard specification. It can be applied to substrates such as gypsum board and plywood, and can be used as a wall whiteboard.

This is a whiteboard sheet with a suction cup type adhesive surface. Since it does not use glue, it can be attached and removed from the wall. The view sheet visualizes the magnetic patterns of a magnet that are not visible to the eye. By tracing the surface with a magnet, you can erase the magnetic pole pattern on the view sheet. Therefore, it can be reused multiple times. There is a convenient pocketable size for portability and a larger size that is useful in design and manufacturing environments. It can be cut with scissors or a cutter for use.

A magnet bar is a magnetic product that has a structure with multiple magnets arranged inside a stainless steel pipe. This gives it a strong magnetic force. It adsorbs and removes magnetic foreign substances such as fine iron powder and stainless steel wear powder generated in the manufacturing processes of food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, as well as forgotten sewing needles produced during clothing manufacturing, using the powerful magnetic force of the magnet bar. It is used in inspection processes and in the roller parts of material handling equipment just before stirring. It can also be used in manual inspection processes. This product is a magnetic catch that locks the door simply by pushing it, and the door opens with another push. It is a push-type, allowing you to easily open the door with a light touch of your fingertip. With the attachment of an adapter, installation and distance adjustment from the door can also be done with one touch. Additionally, there is a double push-type magnetic latch available. Both can be used for doors of bathroom vanities and kitchen storage cabinets.

In response to customer requests, we are releasing a new product that maintains the same adhesion strength as before while reducing the height (thickness). We have also implemented measures to prevent slipping and shifting, which are common with thin designs. By using it in conjunction with the receiving bracket that matches the thin magnet catch, we have created a structure that is less prone to shifting.

This is a magnet catch that integrates a switch function that responds to opening and closing, along with a magnetic force retention function for doors and lids. By using an ultra-small push-type detection switch, we have achieved compactness. The detection signals generated during the opening and closing operations allow for automatic lighting and turning off of lighting fixtures inside cabinets or furniture, or for automatically sounding a buzzer. It can be screwed in from two directions: horizontal and vertical. The switch specifications are available in NC (Normally Closed) and NO (Normally Open) types.

This is a magnet catch that integrates a switch function that responds to opening and closing with a magnetic force that holds doors and lids. It consists of a reed switch, a magnet, and a yoke. By controlling an advanced magnetic circuit, it performs ON/OFF operations of electrical contacts, providing signals that correspond to the opening and closing of doors and lids. Unlike contact-type mechanical switches, the switch part does not suffer from wear-related failures and excels in durability, safety, and reliability. It can be screwed in from two directions: horizontal and vertical. There are two types of adhesive force: 3kgf and 1kgf. It can be used for various OA equipment such as copiers and printers, as well as door sensors for FA equipment.

Cap magnets are high-adhesion products that combine magnets and yokes (iron cores). By combining magnets and iron, a magnetic circuit is formed, which increases the adhesion and improves performance. By adding a cap, the magnetic force is concentrated on one side of the magnet, allowing for several times the adhesion compared to a single magnet of the same type and size.

Ferrite magnets are made by grinding iron oxide into a fine powder, then shaping and sintering it. Anisotropic ferrite magnets are magnets that have strong magnetic force in a specific direction only. Due to their reasonable price, anisotropic ferrite magnets are currently the most popular magnets widely used for various applications. They have relatively stable magnetic properties and are characterized by their resistance to rust. When used in environments below -30°C, care must be taken to avoid low-temperature demagnetization. Additionally, they have low mechanical strength and are brittle like ceramics, so caution is needed when handling them.

This anisotropic ferrite rubber magnet (magnet sheet), which is made by mixing a binder with ferrite magnetic powder and arranging the magnetization direction uniformly, is characterized by its reasonable price compared to neodymium rubber magnets. Anisotropic ferrite rubber magnets (magnet sheets) have a stronger adhesion than isotropic ones and are used in a wide range of applications, from industrial to general merchandise. Many beginner driver stickers for cars and warning stickers commonly used on lockers and metal doors also utilize this ferrite rubber magnet. In addition to adhesion applications, due to its convenience of being easily cut, it is often used as masking material during spray painting on metal surfaces.

Mixing a binder with neodymium-based magnetic powder and forming it through calendar rolling. It has the strongest magnetic properties among rubber magnets, with approximately four times the adhesive strength compared to regular magnetic sheets. It can be easily processed through cutting, punching, and drilling, making it suitable for miniaturized designs of components in motors, audio equipment, OA devices, and magnetic sensors.

Rubber magnets (magnet sheets) can be cut with scissors or a cutter, or punched out with a mold, making them easier to process compared to sintered magnets. On the other hand, because the main component is rubber, they have low heat resistance, and due to their thinness, they tend to have weaker magnetic force compared to sintered magnets. At Magtech, we offer neodymium and anisotropic ferrite materials according to the strength of the magnetic force. Among the same materials, you can choose based on thickness (the thicker, the stronger the adhesion) and cutting size.

It is composed of cobalt and the rare earth element samarium. Samarium cobalt magnets have high magnetic properties, second only to neodymium magnets. Compared to neodymium magnets, they have the advantages of being less prone to rust and being resistant to high temperatures. On the other hand, they are hard and brittle, so they need to be handled with care. Taking advantage of their high heat resistance, they are mainly used in sensor components, medical device components, and so on.

Neodymium (Nd), iron (Fe), and boron (B) are the main components, and neodymium magnets have the highest magnetic properties among existing magnets. Neodymium magnets are representative of rare earth magnets and are characterized by their strong adhesive force compared to other magnets. Even when miniaturized, they can achieve satisfactory adhesive force, thus sufficiently meeting the demand for downsizing. They have excellent mechanical strength but are not suitable for high temperatures. Additionally, they are prone to rust, so they are coated to prevent corrosion.
