"IRAS" is a unique treatment method designed to prevent alkali leaching from the glass surface of vials. It effectively and sustainably suppresses the amount of alkali components leaching from borosilicate glass, stabilizing the pharmaceutical agents. By manufacturing inline, it minimizes the risk of foreign contamination and enables the production of cost-effective products. Additionally, in freeze-dried formulations, it has the effect of suppressing the phenomenon of formulation "crawling" after freeze-drying without changing the freeze-drying conditions. This product is made from borosilicate glass (borosilicate - hard glass) and is sealed at the tip with a gas burner or similar method after filling with the drug solution for storage. It is positioned as the most cost-effective and highly sealed container among injection containers. Furthermore, borosilicate glass (borosilicate - hard glass) has minimal adsorption of pharmaceutical ingredients, with only a small amount of alkaline components from the glass itself, and is characterized by low reactivity with the drug solution.
