The "Thermal Energy Deburring Method" is a unique system that uses gas as fuel to quickly and easily remove burrs, edges, chips, or foreign substances from the surface and deep internal areas of parts through combustion. The workpiece is placed inside a chamber and sealed, and a pressurized mixture of oxygen with methane or oxygen with hydrogen is introduced. The gas fills every corner of the parts inside the chamber.
