"The Era of Creating Energy from Water" The workings of water are still a largely unexplored field, but the most familiar substance, 'water,' is responsible for various phenomena. We pursue the functions of water based on the phenomena that are already occurring. Primarily, we conduct research, development, and technical provision related to food processing technologies. By focusing on the moisture within ingredients, we provide technologies that enhance the effects of water science on food 'quality preservation' and 'taste improvement (aging).' We are currently working on 'SDGs 6 and 12.'
