A new factory has been completed for the processing of semiconductor and medical device components. 【Five-Sided Processing of Large Resins】 The newly introduced five-sided processing machine "Okuma MCRA20×40" has a maximum processing area of 4000×2000mm, allowing for the processing of inclined surfaces, complex shapes, and large precision machined products. 【Micro Processing of Φ0.01mm】 With the introduction of a precision five-axis machining center with a spindle speed of 40,000 rpm, tools with a diameter of Φ0.01mm can now be used, enabling the processing of complex shapes and ultra-precision products. ★ The new factory started operations in September 2022! *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company owns one of the largest gantry machining centers in the industry, the "OKUMA MCV-All." It achieves a flatness of 0.01mm per 1000mm in plate thickness. The effective door width is 1,650mm, and the size of the table working surface is 3,100×1,200×1,280mm. Our company owns a 5-axis multi-tasking machine, the "OKUMA MULTUS U3000." With a maximum diameter of Φ650 and a distance between centers of 1,500mm, it can perform high-precision multi-surface machining with one chucking, and high-precision machining on six surfaces is also possible with synchronized opposing spindles. Equipped with a temperature-controlled constant temperature room managed at ±0.5℃. Introducing the ROKKO INDUSTRIES CEGA-SSS, which can rotate up to 40,000 RPM with high-precision positioning and a high-precision 5-axis table. - A 5-axis machine (CEGA-SSS / 5AXP) that achieves the ultimate fusion of high-precision 3-axis positioning capability and additional 2-axis indexing accuracy. Shapes with undercuts (overhangs) can also be machined through simultaneous 5-axis processing. Due to its dust-proof design, high-precision machining of materials such as CFRP and GFRP, which produce cutting dust, is also possible.

Our company processes cutting of 100% cellulose nanofiber sheets manufactured by Rishou Industrial Co., Ltd. As a biodegradable material, CNF is gaining attention from the perspective of carbon neutrality, and at the G20 Energy and Environment Ministers' Meeting, label pins made from CNF-100% sheets were adopted for the SDGs color wheel. It has been evaluated for its good machinability and ink adhesion.
