This is the world's first technology to biodegrade polyethylene and polypropylene in the natural environment. By simply adding 2% of a masterbatch to PE or PP, the entire resin biodegrades without leaving microplastics, thanks to our unique biotransformation technology. Since only 2% of the masterbatch is added, the original physical properties of PE and PP are almost maintained. Products molded with lyfecycle begin to decompose after the expected usage period and ultimately completely break down into water, carbon dioxide, and biomass. A significant feature is that it biodegrades without leaving microplastics. (Verified by a third-party organization based on BSI (British Standards Institution) [PAS 9017]) Lyfecycle has been confirmed to comply with the Food Sanitation Act positive list, FDA GRAS, and EU 10/2011.

GraDrop is a biodegradable polyolefin film. By adding a special masterbatch to polyolefin resins such as PE and PP, we have achieved biodegradability. This technology utilizes the power of microorganisms to break the carbon bonds in polyolefin resins like PE and PP, making them easier to decompose. It has been confirmed through analysis by third-party organizations that it biodegrades without leaving microplastics behind.

Polyolex film is a film made from recycled polyethylene and starch. By using recycled polyethylene from certified factories and thermoplastic starch, it contributes to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions. It can be used as an affordable and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional polyethylene products. It is also recyclable, just like regular polyethylene. Please consider it in cases where you want to contribute to the SDGs but do not want to significantly increase product costs.

By adding a special biodegradable modifier to polyethylene, biodegradation begins after a certain period, breaking down into water, carbon dioxide, and biomass in the natural environment. It has been verified by a third-party organization that no microplastics remain after biodegradation. The performance as a stretch film is almost on par with conventional polyethylene, and usability is similar as well. A significant advantage is that it can be recycled before the degradation process begins.
