Currently, it is impossible to issue random numbers instantly for every connection request from 10 billion terminals. For connection points such as bank terminals, usage within two years is required to prevent fraud. On the other hand, items like cars are sold as used goods, necessitating reusable IDs that can last longer. To meet these demands, a device capable of generating fraud-free ID numbers at the terminal level is needed. Additionally, a device that can generate non-duplicating ID numbers at the terminal level, even with the total number of IoT connections, is essential.
