Our unique modeling methods allow for precise dimensional outputs. 【Machining】 We employ methods to manufacture three-dimensional products from processed materials with short lead times and high precision, capable of cutting sheets from a single piece. We can produce without molds and accommodate a wide range of materials from resin to aluminum. 【Vacuum Casting】 We create high-precision rubber molds based on actual items or master models, injecting polyurethane resin into these molds under vacuum to form products. We can meet user needs with short lead times, low costs, and high precision, and we excel in large-scale casting of one-meter-sized products using our unique technology. 【Simple Molds + Injection Molding】 We design and manufacture aluminum simple molds and handle the entire process of injection molding in-house. • Prototype Services

We produced 10 resin valves for branching that can be used in high-temperature environments with a short lead time and high precision. The material used is black super engineering plastic PPS (GF), and we manufactured it with high precision while considering factors such as tool wear. In addition, we also frequently use PES and PSU for prototype parts in medical devices.

The president of Company O from the neighboring K Company expressed a desire for a machine that can lift people using an electric drill and to develop it utilizing assistive technology. We investigated similar products, designed a prototype model through meetings, confirmed the shape, and then proceeded to produce the product using aluminum materials. In fact, President O himself repeatedly tested the lifting mechanism, and we successfully completed the product. The design is safe, primarily using A7075, capable of withstanding the weight of two large adults (300 kg). Our company has also gone through assistive technology five times, allowing us to respond relatively smoothly. Currently, the production volume is small, with about 20 units per year, but we hope that as awareness increases, it will be utilized in various places around the world. One day, during a conversation with Mr. Yoshida from the Kura Kura tea house in Kawagoe, I overheard him say, "If you want to drink just one cup of delicious tea, you should use a tea bag." This inspired me to start developing a teapot that could make a single cup of delicious tea. This time, I considered selling through "crowdfunding," which I had been interested in for a while. From the initial design, I focused on a glossy finish, utilizing shaping and cutting techniques to create a cute form. After that, I incorporated aspects related to performance, such as the thickness of the product and a shape that ensures high safety. ◎ From the teapot expert I consulted, I learned that the quality of a teapot is determined by how well it drains! With this in mind, I created a teapot that is meticulously hand-bent for optimal drainage. Through crowdfunding, 911 people supported and purchased the teapot, and it received great acclaim. In the future, starting from October 2023, it is also scheduled to be sold on domestic e-commerce sites and Chinese e-commerce malls.

We utilized our expertise in cutting and vacuum casting to create a transparent prototype of an automotive lens (image shape) as shown in the picture. With our experience in handling over 800 types of cast products annually, we can propose the most suitable manufacturing methods while accommodating your needs. We are also capable of handling large cast products exceeding 1 meter in size. We can provide high transparency and high precision in our casting solutions.

If there is a prototype, it is relatively inexpensive to produce replicas of urethane resin. This time, it's a Nico-chan, but it is also possible to replicate parts related to cars and construction that have been discontinued. *Please note that there are some items that cannot be replicated due to rights issues.*

Silicone products can be found in many items, including cooking utensils. By utilizing our expertise in cutting and vacuum casting, we can prototype silicone products. It is possible to mold complex shapes and add cute colors, as shown in the image. We also excel in prototyping items such as seals and buttons. Since there may be cases where the final product differs from the initial image due to thickness and shape during actual mass production, we recommend starting with a prototype.

Using our expertise in glossy 3D light shaping and painting, we created a mock-up model of a steering wheel (concept shape). The painting process involves using UV paint to eliminate layer lines, followed by a base coat preparation before applying the top coat. We can also accommodate transparent molded products and plating treatments.

Visualizing warpage and shape displacement of injection-molded products using a non-contact digitizer. Displacement measurements can be performed, and reverse engineering can also be conducted.

In the case of translucent milky resin, like in the image, the conditions of the lens will vary depending on factors such as the distance from the light source to the lens and the intensity of the light source.
