This is an analytical device for inline and real-time monitoring of solid dosage form processes (mixing, granulation, drying, and tableting). It is installed at various points in the manufacturing process to analyze physical and chemical parameters. The hardware consists of a maximum of 4-channel NIR detection units and probes connected by optical fibers and cables. The software is a proven package that meets the specifications required for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including audit trail functionality, user management, and output of inspection results. We provide a complete PAT solution, as well as customized solutions tailored to customer requests.

The SentroPAT BU, manufactured and sold by Sentronic based in Dresden, Germany, is a near-infrared spectrometer specifically designed for pharmaceutical mixing processes. It operates the created model in real-time, monitoring mixing uniformity and the content of API/excipients in real-time. ■ High-performance MEMS Spectrometer It uses a MEMS spectrometer with a wavelength-variable laser. Excellent optical resolution and low noise allow for high-resolution spectra. ■ Calibration/Scale-up This system was developed in close cooperation with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Scaling up from the lab to the factory is easy. ■ Compliance with GMP / Part 11 Designed for use in the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used in GMP environments.
