The "NPL Series" is a release agent with inorganic powder that allows for a small amount of application even on high-temperature molds, demonstrating the thermal insulation properties of the powder without the need for temperature control equipment, thus not lowering the mold temperature. The contained powder forms a uniform release film along the contours of the mold. As a result, the contact with the molten metal becomes "point contact," promoting the flow and circulation of the molten metal. The "FTS Series" is a concentrated application release agent that utilizes the "high adhesion" developed with the "WFR Series," designed for warm and hot forging applications at mold temperatures above 200°C. Unlike water-soluble lubricants, which require a larger amount of application, this concentrated lubricant can be applied in small quantities, allowing for compression without lowering the mold temperature or the material temperature, enabling processing at low pressure and low load. The "WFR Series" is a release agent developed for die casting that is applied in liquid form. It is less affected by the Leidenfrost effect, which inhibits the adhesion of release agents at high temperatures, allowing it to adhere effectively even in high-temperature molds with a small amount.
