The "NPL Series" is a release agent with inorganic powder that allows for a small amount of application even on high-temperature molds, demonstrating the thermal insulation properties of the powder without the need for temperature control equipment, thus not lowering the mold temperature. The contained powder forms a uniform release film along the contours of the mold. As a result, the contact with the molten metal becomes "point contact," promoting the flow and circulation of the molten metal.
