Ohashi Banzou Shoten Co., Ltd. started with the manufacturing and sales of funori, a type of seaweed used as a binding agent for silk and habutae fabrics, and has been operating as a funori merchant for over 100 years. Drawing on a century of experience in the funori business, we have developed products ranging from raw funori to sheet funori and various funori-related items. Moving forward, we will continue to strive to create a company that contributes to our customers and society through unique product development, creativity, and provision.
