The "WX-9000 Series" is a product designed for high-bandwidth, multi-channel measurement primarily used in core industries such as aerospace, railways, power, and defense, where data recording reliability and certainty are strongly required. Compared to the previous "WX-7000 Series," it has significantly improved basic specifications such as functionality and performance, as well as achieved reductions in running costs and enhancements in usability.

To enable high-precision measurements even at low capacities, we use a strain gauge with a different linear beam structure compared to other load cells. It is optimal for measuring small loads. We have standardized a robot cable that is strong against bending (unlike conventional general-purpose cables).

Kulite pressure transducers utilize semiconductor materials in their sensing elements, fully leveraging their characteristics to achieve an ideal transducer that is ultra-compact and highly sensitive. In particular, the ultra-compact pressure transducer XCL series (silicon diaphragm), used in wind tunnel experiments in the aerospace/automotive sectors, has received very high evaluations in both performance and reliability. It features low noise, a wide response frequency range, and, despite being semiconductor-based, excels in hysteresis and temperature characteristics.

The TC-PF series is a force gauge that measures the force applied to the brake pedal of a vehicle. It is slim, lightweight, and compatible with various pedal shapes, making installation easy. Additionally, it uses a durable cable that is resistant to disconnection even under intense vibrations, allowing for verification of actual pedal operation feel during hard braking or rough road driving. When combined with the portable digital indicator TD-01 Portable, on-site verification becomes convenient.

Features The ultra-small pressure-sensitive component is made extremely compact, and the transducer itself is small and lightweight, with products having a diameter of only 1.6mm. High sensitivity is achieved by utilizing the semiconductor piezoresistive effect in the high-sensitivity conversion element. The maximum rated output is 300mV, providing reliable data. In the built-in amplifier type, a 5V output can be extracted.
