"FUSION" is an inline production partial soldering device equipped with high-speed substrate transport, allowing for the selection of the number of stations and configurations according to the application. The standard 4-station setup accommodates substrates up to 381×460mm. With the optional substrate transport station, configurations of up to 8 stations are possible due to the inclusion of a return conveyor. For setups with 3 or more stations, it is more space-efficient than "SYNCHRODEX." Programs can be assigned to each station. It can be modified to a twin bus configuration. Each motor shaft uses a DC servo. The soldering pot and pump can be exchanged between mechanical (impeller) and electromagnetic induction types.
