We would like to introduce our electric Parison controller, the 'BPC-50'. By using a servo motor, we have eliminated the issues associated with traditional hydraulic servo valve systems, such as product contamination from oil leaks and the need for hydraulic management. Being electric, it also improves repeatability and positional accuracy. The "BLC Series" was born as a camera inspection device capable of handling various appearance inspections for industrial parts, consumer goods, and more, as a result of a fundamental review of image processing programs and consideration of processes for high-speed processing. By attaching a label adhesion pad to the outside of the chuck of the product extraction machine, it is equipped with both the functions of a label inserter and a product extraction machine. We would like to introduce our "Screen Changer." Two breaker plates are prepared, and a screen mesh is set on them. The screen is exchanged by sliding alternately using a hydraulic cylinder.
