Electric Parisian Controller "BPC-50"

We would like to introduce our electric Parison controller, the 'BPC-50'. By using a servo motor, we have eliminated the issues associated with traditional hydraulic servo valve systems, such as product contamination from oil leaks and the need for hydraulic management. Being electric, it also improves repeatability and positional accuracy. In addition to easily setting the zero point for the die and core on the panel, data can be saved using a memory card. 【Features】 ■ Core actual position data can be displayed over profile data ■ Profile data can save up to 114 files (12 main files and 12 sub-files) ■ File names can be registered with up to 8 full-width characters (including kanji) or 16 half-width characters ■ Actuators are available in 1 ton, 3 tons, and 7 tons (custom sizes can be produced) ■ The configuration consists of a touch panel > sequencer > controller, allowing for various controls by adding modules as options *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
