We would like to introduce our products: "Fluororesin Products / Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Products." "Fluororesin" has excellent resistance to root rain and cold, with a continuous use temperature range of -100°C to +260°C and a melting point of 327°C. It is stable across a wide range of frequency bands and external environments, making it suitable for high-frequency electronic component materials. The "NITOFLON No.900 Series" is a fluoropolymer film that is inert to almost all chemical agents and solvents, possessing excellent chemical resistance. It has high insulation performance and a wide operating temperature range of -100°C to 260°C, making it suitable for applications such as thrust washers and sliding guide shoes for elevators. The "NITOFLON No.920 Series" is a high-strength fluoropolymer film that can produce extremely thin films with a thickness of 20μm. Its tensile strength is about twice that of the "NITOFLON Cutting Film," and its dielectric breakdown voltage is about 1.5 times higher, making it suitable for insulation coatings of electrical components, particularly for motors, transformers, and field coil insulation, as well as interlayer insulation for spacers and slots.
