Our company conducts impregnation treatment and trivalent chromate treatment for metal die-cast and cast products. To address pressure leaks and water leaks caused by casting defects in pressure-resistant parts, we apply impregnation treatment (sealant treatment) to prevent defects (leaks) and also expect improvements in corrosion resistance. Among the impregnation methods, we have adopted the "organic vacuum pressure impregnation method," and we use "Rexeal 100" from Ultra Seal, which is recognized and certified worldwide. It has formal certification under [MIL-I-17563C]. We believe this is the most effective method currently available for achieving sealing effects. By applying impregnation treatment to sudden defective products caused by casting defects, we add value to the products themselves and improve corrosion resistance while preventing plating blisters through sealing. Many companies are incorporating impregnation treatment into their manufacturing processes, which can significantly reduce costs by decreasing waste and regeneration. Furthermore, we also perform trivalent chromate treatment using "Sartec 650V," which provides corrosion resistance comparable to hexavalent chromium and offers various benefits such as improved adhesion in pre-treatment for painting. (Neutral salt spray test for over 336 hours)

Free membership registrationConversion treatment refers to a process in which metals are immersed in a conversion treatment solution to create a firmly adhering, insoluble product on the metal surface. By utilizing the physical or chemical properties of this product, it is used as a coating base with excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion. 【Effects and Features of Trivalent Chromium Conversion Treatment】 ■ Improved corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys ■ Enhanced rust prevention effect ■ Improved adhesion for coating base purposes ■ Suppresses the decrease in corrosion resistance during heating, which is a disadvantage of chromate treatment ■ The coating is thin and does not cause dimensional changes ■ Complies with RoHS directive (no hexavalent chromium content) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationManufacturers who have switched their impregnation processing from other companies to ours previously experienced occasional liquid residue, which led to complaints from customers. After switching to our services, we received feedback saying, "There is absolutely no liquid residue, and we are very grateful for that." Furthermore, we also heard, "We have been doing business for over 15 years, and we are truly thankful that there has never been a delay in delivery, even after conducting thorough inspections for liquid residue, dents, and scratches." <Do you have any of these concerns?> ■ Occasionally experiencing liquid residue, leading to complaints from customers ■ Performing liquid residue inspections and removal work in-house after receiving from the impregnation manufacturer, which is quite burdensome *For details on solutions and effects, please download the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWhat is the "Organic Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Treatment" that our company conducts? Products are placed in a basket within a vacuum device, and the pressure inside the device is reduced to create a vacuum state. Furthermore, by applying compressed air, the impregnation agent is filled deep into the defective parts of the product, which is referred to as "Organic Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Treatment." Compared to inorganic systems, it excels in sealing properties and water resistance, and this vacuum pressure impregnation method allows the impregnation agent to penetrate even deeper into the voids. *For more details, please download the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
