We can handle immersion treatment, chemical treatment, and painting in-house with a consistent system! Short delivery times and low costs.
Aren't you outsourcing some parts of various processes? Our company can handle all three processes—impregnation treatment, chemical treatment, and painting—in a consistent system.
Our company conducts impregnation treatment and trivalent chromate treatment for metal die-cast and cast products. To address pressure leaks and water leaks caused by casting defects in pressure-resistant parts, we apply impregnation treatment (sealant treatment) to prevent defects (leaks) and also expect improvements in corrosion resistance. Among the impregnation methods, we have adopted the "organic vacuum pressure impregnation method," and we use "Rexeal 100" from Ultra Seal, which is recognized and certified worldwide. It has formal certification under [MIL-I-17563C]. We believe this is the most effective method currently available for achieving sealing effects. By applying impregnation treatment to sudden defective products caused by casting defects, we add value to the products themselves and improve corrosion resistance while preventing plating blisters through sealing. Many companies are incorporating impregnation treatment into their manufacturing processes, which can significantly reduce costs by decreasing waste and regeneration. Furthermore, we also perform trivalent chromate treatment using "Sartec 650V," which provides corrosion resistance comparable to hexavalent chromium and offers various benefits such as improved adhesion in pre-treatment for painting. basic information
Effects of Impregnation Treatment [Necessity] (1) Effects on Products 1. Leak Prevention: Prevents leaks by sealing through holes. 2. Corrosion Protection: Prevents corrosion from within the voids by filling them. 3. Pre-treatment for Surface Treatment: Prevents corrosion from below the treatment surface by filling the voids that appear on the surface. (2) Contribution to Production 4. Increased Productivity: By utilizing parts with voids through impregnation instead of discarding them, the defect rate decreases. 5. Reduced Manufacturing Costs: By using parts with voids through impregnation, costs associated with disposal or regeneration decrease. Effects and Features of Trivalent Chromium Chemical Treatment 1. Improved corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys. 2. Enhanced rust prevention effect. 3. Improved adhesion for coating base purposes. 4. Increased corrosion resistance of the paint film. 5. Can suppress the decrease in corrosion resistance during heating, which is a disadvantage of chromate treatment. 6. The coating is thin, with no dimensional changes. 7. Compliant with RoHS directive (no hexavalent chromium content). *At your request, we can also handle painting through our partner companies.

Detailed information
-
The "organic vacuum pressure impregnation method" involves placing products housed in a basket inside a vacuum device, reducing the pressure within the device to create a vacuum state, which removes foreign substances from the casting pores. After that, an impregnant is injected, and the product is immersed in the impregnant, returning to atmospheric pressure, allowing the impregnant to be pressed in. Furthermore, compressed air is used to apply pressure, ensuring that the impregnant fills deep into the defective areas of the product. This method offers superior sealing and water resistance compared to inorganic methods. By using this vacuum pressure impregnation method, the impregnant can penetrate even deeper into the voids, achieving the most effective impregnation effect.
-
Batch-type impregnation system For each batch, a vacuum and pressure impregnation process is performed. This is a system that moves through the processes of draining, cleaning, and curing using a manual hoist. It can accommodate changes in product types and can process a large number of products at once.

"Use of Impregnation Liquid" Ultra Seal Rexeal100 ● A recycled type of impregnation liquid with consistent quality made in the UK. Certified by multiple U.S. military standards and over 25 OEMs, it is sold worldwide. It is used on various materials, but it boasts excellent sealing performance primarily for metal die-cast products, offering many advantages in processing.
-
After the immersion treatment, air blowing is applied to remove the moisture remaining on the workpiece.
-
As the final process before shipping, a visual inspection of all items will be conducted to check for scratches, dents, and any residual immersion liquid from taps. If any residue is found, it will be completely removed using specialized cleaners or dedicated tools.
