basic information
●Our company's vacuum impregnation process uses an organic impregnant (acrylic resin). ●The impregnant is injected into the voids of the parts (immersed under vacuum) and then removed to cure. ●With low viscosity and low surface tension, it can accommodate small diameter taps and blind holes. ●The effect is maximized by performing the impregnation treatment after machining. ●The cured material passes MIL-I-6869D, but since it is a resin, the heat resistance temperature is about 200°C. ●It also excels in resistance to operating oils, chemicals, and solvents. ●Please consult us even for items that other companies cannot handle. ●It is a fully automated impregnation and trivalent chromate system. The processing basket is φ600x400h, suitable for small parts processing. The impregnation treatment is managed with timers for dry (vacuum time: below 50 torr) and wet (immersion time: 1 atm). ●Our standard treatment provides sufficient sealing effect, but we also accept long-term impregnation, double impregnation, and pressure impregnation (outsourced).

Company information
April 2010 - ISO 9001 Certification Obtained Impregnation Treatment Are you troubled by pressure leaks in cast parts of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment? Are you struggling with low yield due to casting defects in pressure-resistant components? Our impregnation treatment can remedy those pressure leaks and void defects. We can rescue workpieces that have been deemed defective and discarded until now. Additionally, more and more clients are opting for full impregnation as a quality assurance measure. Furthermore, it can prevent blistering and peeling as a pre-treatment for plating and painting.
