PHC Corporation, BioMedica Division (hereinafter referred to as "PHCbi"), which globally provides research and medical support equipment and services in the life sciences field, is pleased to announce that it has launched a new 5-year warranty service (*1) in Japan starting from April 2022, primarily for the main research and medical support equipment products used in drug discovery and life sciences research. [Note] ▶ Products delivered after April 1, 2022, are eligible. ▶ The warranty period is five years from the date recorded on the 5-year warranty label (delivery and installation date). ▶ The warranty applies to the main product only. Optional items, consumable parts, and regularly replaced parts are not covered. ▶ Please note that we cannot guarantee the contents of the product. ▶ Pharmacy-related equipment is not covered. ▶ Food solution equipment has a 3-year warranty. ▶ For detailed information about the 5-year warranty, please contact your local sales office.
