The NPM1 series is an IPM motor that achieves significant efficiency improvements by embedding permanent magnets in the rotor, while also offering high responsiveness. ■ High efficiency exceeding IE4 equivalent The motor alone achieves efficiency exceeding IE4 equivalent. ■ Energy-saving effect Motor: 200V/3.7kW/60Hz Annual operating time: 4000 hours Electricity rate: 16 yen/kWh When operated under the above conditions, an energy-saving effect of approximately 23,690 yen per year can be expected compared to standard efficiency motors. ■ Compact and lightweight compared to general-purpose induction motors. Compared to general-purpose induction motors, it has a volume ratio of 53% and a weight ratio of 62% (Note: compared to 7.5kW, 1800min-1), contributing to machine compactness and space-saving. ■ Compatible with general-purpose induction motors for installation. Customization is also available. The shaft dimensions and mounting dimensions are the same as those of general-purpose induction motors of the same capacity, allowing for direct replacement. Additionally, we can accommodate customer requests for installation. ■ Exempt from top runner system and various overseas regulations As an IPM motor, it is not subject to energy-saving regulations in various countries like induction motors.
