The Tranion-type table is fixed to the side frames and has an independent structure that does not engage with the XYZ linear axes, so changes in the weight of the workpiece do not affect the moments on the XYZ axes. Furthermore, by adopting a country-type basic structure and using center-of-gravity drive for the XYZ axes, more stable machining can be achieved. The overall design is compact, yet it can accommodate workpieces up to Ø900 and weighing up to 1300kg. It is suitable not only for automotive molds but also for machining semiconductor-related components.
